Lateness: Teachers will wait for 15 minutes after the scheduled lesson time. If the student does not show up within this timeframe, the lesson will be considered held and cannot be rescheduled.
Absence Notification: Students must inform their teacher at least 8 hours in advance if they are unable to attend a lesson. Failure to provide timely notice will result in the lesson being marked as held. In emergencies, contact the teacher or academy immediately for case-by-case consideration.
Allowed Cancellations: Students may cancel or reschedule a maximum of two lessons per month with proper 8-hour notice.
If a teacher is late or cancels a lesson less than 8 hours before the scheduled time, the teacher will provide a free makeup lesson.
In the rare event of a teacher's absence without prior notice, the same free makeup policy applies.
Payments are made upfront, based on the package selected during the free placement test session.
Refund Policy: Refunds are not generally provided once payment is made. Exceptions may be considered in special circumstances (e.g., long-term medical issues) and must be approved by academy management. Any approved refunds will be calculated based on remaining unused lessons, minus administrative fees.
Camera Usage: Cameras must remain on during lessons to ensure an interactive and effective learning environment. Exceptions may be granted for emergencies.
Behavior: Respectful communication and participation are expected from all students during lessons.
All necessary course materials will be provided by nwmoon Education's Language Department. Students are not required to purchase any additional materials.
If a lesson is disrupted due to technical difficulties on the teacher's side, a free makeup lesson will be scheduled.
If the issue arises from the student's side, the lesson will be considered held, and no makeup lesson will be provided.
Teachers and students will communicate exclusively through the WhatsApp group created for the class. Responses can typically be expected within 24 hours to ensure efficient communication and support.
nwmoon Education's Language Department is committed to protecting your personal data. All student information will be stored securely and used solely for administrative and educational purposes. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
This agreement remains valid for as long as the student is actively taking lessons with nwmoon Education's Language Department. Any updates to the rules and regulations will be communicated via email or the class WhatsApp group in advance.
Feedback: We welcome your feedback! Please share any suggestions or concerns with the academy management. Your input is highly valued, and we strive to review and act on feedback promptly.
Termination: If a student repeatedly violates these rules, nwmoon Education's Language Department reserves the right to discontinue their enrollment.
